Reservation Service– Terms of Service

Dream Box Delivery Japan ("we", "us", or "our") provides a reservation agency service for foreign visitors to Japan. This service ("the Service") includes making reservations on behalf of customers for restaurants, beauty salons, theme parks, and similar establishments.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between the user ("you" or "the customer") and us regarding the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Service Description)
We will act on your behalf to make reservations for the following types of facilities and services in Japan:

Restaurants, beauty salons, theme parks, etc.

Other services that can be reserved via phone or online platforms

Article 3 (Request and Reservation Process)

You shall submit your reservation request through our designated order form.

Upon reviewing the content and number of reservations requested, we will calculate the service fee and send you a payment link.

Once we confirm your payment, we will proceed with the reservation process.

After completing the reservation process, we will notify you of the results, whether successful or not.

Please complete your payment as soon as possible after receiving the payment link.
As a general rule, payment must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your earliest requested reservation time.
Delayed payment may result in our inability to complete your reservation in time.
Requests are processed in the order in which payments are confirmed.

Article 4 (Fees)

Our basic service fees are as follows:

Standard reservations (no membership registration or prepayment required): ¥1,000 per reservation (¥1,100 incl. tax)

Reservations with special requests (e.g., anniversaries, birthdays): Additional ¥500 (¥550 incl. tax)

Reservations requiring membership registration or prepayment: ¥2,000 per reservation (¥2,200 incl. tax)

For last-minute requests (submitted after the standard deadline), an additional fee of ¥500 (¥550 incl. tax) per reservation will apply.
This additional fee is non-refundable, regardless of reservation success.

A 4% Stripe payment processing fee will be added to the total amount charged to the customer.

All prices listed on our website are shown excluding tax. A 10% consumption tax will be added to the listed prices.

Article 5 (Refund and Cancellation Policy)

Once you submit the designated order form, cancellations are not accepted in principle. At the time of submission, you are able to calculate the applicable fees yourself, and therefore it is considered a confirmed request.

If we are unable to complete a reservation due to our circumstances or because the reservation could not be made, we will refund the following:
　- The Agent Fee
　- Any prepayment amount required by the facility
However, the Stripe payment processing fee is non-refundable.

The additional fee for last-minute requests (¥500) is non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you request a cancellation after the reservation has been confirmed and the facility allows free cancellation, we will handle the cancellation on your behalf. However, the Agent Fee will not be refunded.

If a cancellation fee is required by the facility, we will send you a payment link for that amount. The cancellation will be processed only after your payment has been confirmed.

If a customer requests cancellation after a reservation has been confirmed, any prepayment made to the facility (including deposits or other required payments) will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Even if such prepayment is later refunded to us by the facility according to the facility's policy, we will not issue any refund to the customer.

If the facility charges a cancellation fee, the cancellation fee will be charged separately and will not be offset against any prepayment amount.
A Stripe payment processing fee will also be added to the cancellation fee when applicable.

Article 6 (Request Deadline)

The standard deadline for reservation requests is 48 hours prior to the desired reservation time.

Requests made after the 48-hour deadline will incur an additional fee of ¥500 (¥550 incl. tax), which is non-refundable.

Last-minute requests will be handled in the order they are received. However, depending on the timing, we may not be able to complete the reservation in time. Please understand this in advance.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

We shall not be held responsible for any damages arising from the following:

Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer

Refusals, changes, or cancellations by the facility

System outages, communication failures, or other force majeure events

Inability to accommodate changes in date, time, or number of people after confirmation

The Service does not guarantee the success or completion of a reservation.

You acknowledge that the success of a reservation is subject to the availability, schedule, and policies of the respective facility. Even if a request is submitted before or after the deadline, we may be unable to complete a reservation due to full booking, closed dates, or other reasons—especially in the case of high-demand or exclusive establishments.

We are not responsible for any issues resulting from inaccurate or missing information provided by the customer.

Article 8 (Prohibited Acts)
You may not engage in the following activities:

Providing false or misleading information

Using the service for resale or commercial purposes

Using the service for any activity that violates public order or morals

Canceling reservations without notice or providing false cancellation reasons

Any other act that we deem inappropriate

Article 9 (Modifications to the Terms)
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be announced via our website or other appropriate means. Continued use of the Service after such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located in the region where our office is based.

Shopping Service (Domestic Shipping) – Terms of Service

Dream Box Delivery Japan ("we", "us", or "our") offers a Buy-for-Me Service (Domestic Shipping) for international visitors to Japan. This service (the “Service”) allows customers to request the purchase of items in Japan, which we then ship to either their accommodation or a domestic airport in Japan for pickup.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all matters concerning the use of the Service between us and the user ("you" or "the customer").

Article 2 (Service Description)

Upon request, we will purchase products in Japan on your behalf and ship them to your designated address within Japan, either at your accommodation or a domestic airport.

As a rule, we only accept delivery to domestic airports that we specifically designate. For requests involving other domestic airports, we will only consider shipping to airports where both delivery and pickup are possible, and only if you consult us at least 10 days before the intended pickup date. However, we do not guarantee acceptance of such requests.

Article 3 (Process)

You must complete and submit our designated order form to initiate your request.

Based on your submitted shopping list, we will estimate the cost and provide an initial deposit invoice consisting of the following:
　(1) Estimated product total × 1.2
　(2) Agent Fee based on item quantity (tax excluded, 10% consumption tax added)
　You may cancel your request at any point before agreeing to this estimate.

After you agree to the estimate, we will send a payment link. Upon confirmation of your deposit payment, we will proceed with the purchase.

After purchasing the items, we will photograph them before and after packing and estimate shipping costs.

We will then issue a second invoice that includes:
　(3) 15% of the actual total product cost as an Agent Fee (tax excluded, capped at ¥22,500)
　(4) Domestic shipping fee
　(5) Airport handling fee of ¥660 (tax included), applicable only for airport deliveries
　If your first payment exceeds the actual product cost, the overpaid amount will be allocated to cover shipping and handling fees. Only the remaining balance will be billed.

Once the second payment is confirmed, we will ship the package and send you a shipping confirmation email with appropriate documentation.
Please complete your payment as promptly as possible after receiving the payment link.
As a general rule, the payment deadline is within 12 hours of receiving the link, both for the first deposit and the second payment.
Delayed payment may result in a failure to deliver your package on time.
Requests are processed in the order in which payments are confirmed.

Article 4 (Fees)

The following five items are chargeable under this Service:
　(1) Estimated product cost (calculated as the GPT estimate × 1.2)
　(2) Agent Fee based on item quantity (tax excluded, 10% tax added)
　　　- 1–3 items: ¥15,000
　　　- 4–6 items: ¥22,500
　　　- 7–9 items: ¥30,000
　　　- 10+ items: ¥37,500
　(3) 15% Agent Fee based on actual product total (tax excluded, capped at ¥22,500)
　(4) Domestic shipping cost
　(5) Airport handling fee of ¥660 (tax included), if applicable

Payment is made in two installments:
　- First payment: (1) + (2) (10% tax applied only to (2))
　- Second payment: (3) + (4) + (5) (if applicable; 10% tax applied only to (3))
　Overpayments from the first deposit will be applied to shipping and other charges.

A 4% Stripe payment processing fee will be added to each invoice total.

All prices listed on our website are tax-exclusive unless otherwise indicated. Consumption tax (10%) will be added to all Agent Fees.

Article 5 (Refund and Cancellation Policy)

You may cancel your request at any time before agreeing to the estimate.

Once you agree to the estimate, cancellation is strictly not permitted.

However, if you must cancel due to unavoidable personal reasons, the following rules apply:
　- If the cancellation is made before any purchases are made, the second invoice will not be issued.
　- The first payment ((1) Product Cost and (2) Agent Fee based on item quantity) will not be refunded under any circumstances.
　- If the cancellation occurs after purchases have already been made, the first payment will remain non-refundable. Furthermore, if the actual purchase cost exceeds the estimated Product Cost ((1) Product Cost), you will be required to pay the difference.

Note that the following provisions will not be applied to cancellations after the customers's confirmation of the estimate.

If, due to reasons such as stock unavailability or discontinued sales, we are unable to obtain certain items despite having received the first payment based on the estimate, we will recalculate (1) Product Cost and (2) Agent Fee based on item quantity according to the actual outcome and refund the difference.

If the first payment exceeds the actual amount required, the excess amount will be applied to the second invoice. Only if a balance remains after this adjustment will a refund be issued.

Please note that Stripe payment processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Article 6 (Request Deadline)

For accommodation delivery, the request deadline is five days before the desired delivery date.

For designated airport delivery, the request deadline is seven days before your intended pickup date.

For non-designated airports, we will only consider requests made at least 10 days prior to the intended pickup date, and only for airports where delivery and pickup are logistically feasible. Acceptance is not guaranteed.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

We assume no responsibility for losses or issues resulting from the following:
　- Errors or omissions in the information provided by the customer
　- Product unavailability, discontinuation, or price changes
　- Delay, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers
　- Refusal or inability of hotels or airports to receive or hold the parcel
　- Any other issue beyond our reasonable control

This Service does not guarantee successful purchase or delivery of the requested items. You agree that we act only on a best-effort basis.

We provide a proxy purchasing and shipping service. We do not conduct or guarantee inspection of the condition, quality, authenticity, or functionality of the purchased items. Responsibility for such matters lies with the seller or manufacturer of the product.

You are responsible for confirming in advance whether your accommodation can accept deliveries. We are not liable if the package is refused or undeliverable for any reason.

Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)
You must not engage in the following activities:

Providing false or misleading information

Using the Service for resale or commercial purposes

Requesting purchases that violate laws or public order

Intentionally designating inaccurate or inappropriate delivery addresses

Any other conduct we deem inappropriate

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)
We may revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be announced on our website or via other appropriate methods. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located in the region where our office is based.

Dream Box Delivery Japan (“we”, “us”, or “our”) offers an international Buy-for-Me Service for customers residing outside Japan. This service (“the Service”) allows us to purchase items in Japan on your behalf and ship them to your designated international address.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between the user (“you” or “the customer”) and us regarding the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Service Description)
We will, upon request, purchase products in Japan on your behalf and ship them to your residential address outside of Japan via international delivery.

Article 3 (Process)

You must complete and submit our designated order form to initiate your request.

Based on your submitted shopping list, we will prepare an estimate including:
　(1) Product cost (calculated as estimated total × 1.2)
　(2) Agent Fee based on the number of items (tax excluded, 10% consumption tax added)
　You may cancel your request at any time before agreeing to this estimate.

Once you agree to the estimate, we will send a payment link. Upon confirming the first payment (deposit), we will proceed with purchasing the items.

After purchasing, we will generate invoice documents, pack the items, estimate shipping costs, and photograph the items before and after packing.

We will then issue the second invoice, which includes:
　(3) 15% of the actual product total as the Agent Fee (tax excluded, 10% tax added, no cap)
　(4) International shipping fee
　If the first payment exceeds the actual product cost, the excess amount will be used toward shipping fees. Only the remaining balance will be billed.

Upon confirmation of the second payment, we will ship the items and send a shipping confirmation email with appropriate documentation.

If customs duties or import taxes are incurred during shipping, you must pay them directly to the carrier (e.g., DHL).

Please complete your payment as promptly as possible after receiving the payment link.
We process all requests in the order that payments are confirmed.

買い物代行　海外発送サービスの利用規約

Dream Box Delivery Japan（以下「当方」といいます）は、海外在住の外国人または日本人を対象に、日本国内の商品を代理購入し、海外のご自宅へ国際発送する「買い物代行（海外発送）」サービス（以下「本サービス」といいます）を提供します。本サービスをご利用いただく前に、以下の利用規約をよくお読みいただき、内容にご同意のうえご利用ください。

第1条（適用）
本規約は、当方が提供する本サービスの利用に関する条件を定めるものであり、当方とユーザー（以下「利用者」といいます）との間の一切の関係に適用されます。

第2条（サービス内容）
当方は、利用者の依頼に基づき、日本国内の商品を購入し、海外の住所に国際発送するサービスを提供します。

第3条（依頼・手続きの流れ）

利用者は、当方が指定するGoogleフォームに必要事項を記入し、依頼を完了します。

当方は、買い物リストをもとに見積もりを作成し、以下を含む第1回目の支払い金額（デポジット）を提示します：
　(1) 商品代金（見積もり額 × 1.2）
　(2) アイテム数に応じたAgent Fee（税抜、消費税10％加算）
　※この見積もりに同意するまでは、キャンセル可能です。

利用者が見積もりに同意後、当方は支払いリンクを送付し、支払い確認後に買い物代行を開始します。

商品購入後、インボイス作成・梱包・梱包前後の写真撮影・国際送料の見積もりを行います。

当方は以下を含む第2回目の請求を行います：
　(3) 実際の購入金額の15%のAgent Fee（税抜、消費税10％加算、キャップなし）
　(4) 国際発送料
　※第1回の支払いで過剰支払いがある場合は、送料に充当し、不足分のみを請求します。

支払い確認後、当方は商品を発送し、発送通知および必要書類をメールにて送付します。

関税が発生した場合には、利用者が直接DHL等の配送業者へお支払いください。

お支払いリンクを受け取った後は、できる限り早めにお支払いください。

ご依頼は、お支払い確認順に対応いたしますので、予めご了承ください。

第4条（料金）

利用者に請求する項目は以下の4つです：
　(1) 商品代（見積もり × 1.2）
　(2) アイテム数に応じたAgent Fee（税抜、消費税10％加算）
　　　- 1〜3点：¥22,500
　　　- 4〜6点：¥30,000
　　　- 7〜9点：¥37,500
　　　- 10点以上：¥45,000
　(3) 実際の購入金額の15%のAgent Fee（税抜、消費税10％加算、キャップなし）
　(4) 国際発送料

支払いは2回に分けて行われます。
　- 第1回：(1)＋(2)（(2)にのみ消費税10%を加算）
　- 第2回：(3)＋(4)（(3)にのみ消費税10%を加算）
　※第1回支払いの超過分は第2回の請求に充当されます。

各請求には、合計金額に対してStripe決済手数料（4％）が加算されます。

当方のホームページに記載されている料金はすべて税抜表示とし、Agent Feeには別途10％の消費税が加算されます。

第5条（返金・キャンセルポリシー）

見積もりに同意する前の段階では、キャンセルは自由に可能です。

見積もりに同意した時点で、原則としてキャンセルはできません。

ただし、やむを得ずキャンセルを希望される場合には、以下の対応となります：
　- 商品購入前であれば、第2回目の請求は発生しません。
　- すでに支払われた第1回目の金額（(1) 商品代および(2) アイテム数に応じたAgent Fee等）は一切返金不可となります。
　- 商品購入後に利用者都合でキャンセルされた場合、1回目の支払い分は返金不可とし、かつ購入金額が見積額（(1) 商品代）を超過していた場合には、その差額を追加で請求いたします。

なお、利用者によるキャンセルではなく、商品の在庫切れや販売終了等の理由により、見積もりに基づき第1回目の支払いを受領したにもかかわらず、一部の商品を入手できなかった場合には、(1) 商品代および(2) アイテム数に応じたAgent Feeを実際の内容に応じて再計算し、その差額を返金いたします。

※第1回支払い額が実際に必要な金額を超過している場合には、当該超過分は第2回請求額に充当されます。そのうえでなお差額が生じた場合に限り、返金いたします。

返金が発生する場合でも、Stripe決済手数料は返金対象外となります。

第6条（依頼期限）
本サービスに関しては、特別な依頼期限は設けていませんが、発送希望日や購入タイミングに余裕を持ってご依頼ください。

第7条（免責事項）
当方は、以下の事由により発生した損害について一切責任を負いません：
　- 利用者による情報入力の不備・誤り
　- 商品の欠品・販売中止・価格変更
　- 国際輸送中の破損・遅延・紛失
　- 関税の発生および支払義務
　- 当方の責に帰さないその他の事由

利用者は、ご自身の居住国における輸入可否の規制を事前に必ず確認し、輸入禁止品・規制品を依頼しないよう十分にご注意ください。該当商品が発送後に税関で差し止められたり、没収・返送となった場合でも、当方は一切責任を負いません。

本サービスは商品の購入・発送を保証するものではなく、当方の最大限の努力に基づいた代行サービスであることを、利用者は予め了承するものとします。

当方は商品の購入および発送を代行するサービスであり、商品の状態、品質、真贋、動作等について検品または保証を行うものではありません。これらに関する責任は当該商品の販売者または製造者に帰属するものとします。

第8条（運送保険）

本サービスの国際発送はDHLを利用して行います。

利用者は、DHLが提供する運送保険を任意で付帯することができます。

保険料は、2,500円または申告額の1.2%のいずれか高い方とし、利用者の負担となります。

運送保険を付帯した場合の補償内容は、DHLの規約に基づき適用されます。

運送保険を付帯しない場合には、第7条に定める免責事項が適用されます。

第9条（禁止事項）
利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません：

虚偽の情報提供

転売・営利目的での利用

禁止品・輸出入規制に違反する商品の購入依頼

指定された住所が不正確または受取不可能であることを認識しながらの依頼

その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為

第10条（規約の変更）
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとし、変更後は当方のウェブサイトその他適切な方法により告知されます。変更後に本サービスを利用された場合は、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第11条（準拠法および管轄）
本規約の準拠法は日本法とし、本サービスに関連して生じた紛争については、当方の所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
